4 Ingredient Ranch Cornflake Chicken
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I certainly did and ate way too much. I have another one of my easy recipes coming your way. A favorite restaurant of mine has the most delicious cornflake chicken tenders so I tried to find a healthier easier version of the recipe.
You start with just 4 ingredients eggs, chicken, ranch seasoning, and corn flakes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Crush the cornflakes using a Ziploc bag and keep crushing until it’s mostly crumbs. Once the cornflakes are completely crushed mix in the ranch seasoning.
In a bowl mix the two eggs. Cut the chicken into strips, dip them into the eggs and then into the cornflake ranch mix. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
It’s a healthier spin on chicken tenders!
