I have found the best sauce that is Paleo friendly! This Honey Sriracha is so delicious, easy to make, and can be used multiple ways. I did get an air fryer for Christmas and still loving it so the recipe I have for today is Honey Sriracha Chicken in the air fyer.
First lets talk about this amazing sauce. It includes coconut aminos, sriracha, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Mix together and set aside.
Now for the chicken part. Cut up your chicken into tender sized pieces. Dump the chicken in whisked egg and coat in coconut flour or tapioca flour.
Spray the air fryer basket with coconut oil or cooking spray. Place the chicken in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
You can also bake the chicken if you don’t have an air fryer for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Put the chicken into a bowl and pour in the honey sriracha sauce made earlier and toss together.
